Both are equally good. Remember HP and Toshiba do not make any Hardware. It's just the packaging that they do with some goodies thrown in.
Look for the cheaper one with the best configuration.
I think Toshiba has an edge here.

You should get a Toshiba laptop, since Toshiba is better than HP.
