ultralight (intended for travel/mobility) typically small screen low on resources

desktop replacement (intended to take the place of your desktop) typically larger screens, better equipment, heavier.
size. notebook is smaller than a laptop
A notebook is generally thinner than a laptop, but other than that, they're obviously the same.
