Well when I hook the usb into the laptop it says that its exceeding the hub port.. What does that mean?? My laptop wont even put the songs on my mp3 the program that came wit it works but its just not wanting to read that its connected to the mp3. Please help!!

have u read the book. or ring the place up where u brought the mp3
I'm not rewally sure waht that mewans, but I'm guessing that you have too many things plugged into your USB, and it's saying you don't have enough power to power your mp3 player. Try removing a other things plugged into those nearby USB ports and try again
