i don't understand your question but if you need to end processes then go to the task messanger by pressing ctrl alt del
or if you r trying to remove programs go to the control panel and click on add or remove programs
First thing to do is check for large programs you have installed and may not be using any longer.
Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs
Take a look at the list there and see if there are any programs that you think you can live without.
After that you can try the following:
Start in my computer and start with c drive and look at properties on the various folders.
You will notice some of them have quite a large amount of data in them. Follow the large chunks of data until you find a large folder full of downloads or other such things that can be deleted or archived. Just make sure you don't delete things in Program Files, Documents and Settings, or WINDOWS folders unless you are sure of what you are doing.
Find apps you don't use very much/often, and go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall them. Check your My Videos, My Music, and My Pictures folders in the "My Documents" folder and see if you find some unwanted/unneeded files/videos/music files. Drag them to the Recycle Bin and select File>Empty Recycle Bin. Do some virus/spyware scans to see if there are also viruses/spyware infections that are clogging the hard drive up. I hope that helps.
Good luck!
