I was recently looking at laptops and I mainly see the Celeron M 440 wich is 1.86 Ghz and the Celeron M 520 is only 1.6 Ghz
Why is the 520 less powerful when it is more expensive?

Would have to do some research on the Intel site to answer this one. Not worth the effort to find out for a Celeron processor. They are the worst types made and installed in anything.
