Is there any way to fix a laptop after water has been spilled on it?

Well...um, you're question lacks some details but I'll assume that due to the spill, there is hardware damage.
Depending on what it is, you may or may not be able to turn the laptop on and do a diagnostic.
If you cant, best thing to do is call the maker and take advantage of any extended warranties you may have.
Theres several things to do but you may need to re buy and install some chips in the hardware system but your question isn't really detailed enough to answer, but yes, it is possible.
Dont think so--My pastor spilled a DROP on his and it wasn't even on and the repair shop told it it was hopeless--had to replace it----

First of all... sounds weird, but turn it upside down with the keys facing down to let any water out that is sitting.
Use a blow dryer on MEDIUM to low heat and dry it out. I have heard you can use a micro wave for about 5 seconds.. but I have not tried it and would not recommend it.
Other wise, lay it in the sun for a few hours and that should clear it up. The danger of the water is when you turn it back on with water still in it. try to let it dry out "naturally".
