Which One?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I want to buy a laptop. but I don't know which one to buy. I was thinking about getting a XPS from dell. But then again I also would like a Vaio from sony. I am only going to spend $1,200 on it. and I would like it to have windows vista. Or maby I should look at other models. I am still in high school. so does anyone know what kind of a laptop I should get?

Alright, you can get a great computer with that price. Dell is very good quality and you can custom build it, but pricey. If you want one that lasts, get a processor that has dual-core such as Intel Core duo or Intel Core 2 Duo. Make sure you have 2 GB of ram (Vista takes up a lot of memory) Hard drive space is your call, graphics depends on if you want to play games, and other features such as sound, screen 14- 15.4, etc. I'd stick with dell, since they have great customer service and quality. dell sux dont buy from them there are some cheap ones out there you can get an HP pavilion for 800 but it aint coming with vista which you dont really need vista because you can get it with media center edition
You can get a top rated awesome MacBook for that price. It would have more than what you need and no viruses, malware or adware. Go to www.consumerreports and check their ratings.
