My DVD/RW drive on my Toshiba Satellite won't load anything. It just spins and spins and spins and makes loading sounds and then it just gives up. I've used duster and sprayed out the drive, I've use one of those discs with the little brushes on it. HELP

If you went to that extent to try to fix it, it means that the drive is probably broken. Take it to a repair shop and it shouldn't be that expensive.
Buy a new one from www.newegg.com
And you can check with a local shop, see how much they would charge you, LOTS more.
