You should not try to disable the fn button. I wouldnt know how to anyway, It is just a button to toggle between the different ways the function buttons are used on your computer
It's not that you need to disable the Fn button, it's that you have the NUMLOCK on.
Turn NUMLOCK off and you will be able to type normally.
