im trying to get my self a webcam so i can chat with my friends and i only have 40 dollars so wht is the best quilty type of webcam i can get with my money and also i have a nopebook so also really the best quilty webcam for notebooks that is under 40 bucks and where i might be able to get one of them?

I prefer using Logitech, but Creative is better, coz i have Logitech, its easier to set up, some of Creatives has NightVision built-in.
You can get these cams in any Electronics Market, in any mall.
