Good laptop speakers with some thump?

Not looking for a big thump; just some. Looking for something clear and good sounding.

Answers:
My sister got me this nice set of speakers that plug into just about anything (comp and mp3 player). Its called X-230 from Logitech. They will put some thump into your life. Enjoy!
Logitech is a good brand. $40.00 Double tweeters and subwolfer. It has good sound and when you are watching movies you get theatrical sound. Music sounds great too.
well if you want to the best quality go for Z-10 Interactive Speaker System here http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/speake...

if you want decent but not horible get the X-140 Speakers http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/speake...

NOTE: if the speakers have a seperate subwoofer then they are desktop speakers if its just 2 speakers then they are laptop speakers. the Z-10 Interactive Speaker System has a built in subwoofer in each speaker.
Bose Companion 2 speakers are good. They're kinda big if you want to travel with them, but if your laptop spends most of its time on a desk, they're a good choice. They offer really good sound quality and that "thump" you're looking for. They come with a couple of different kinds of cables, so if you don't have all of the A/V jacks, you can just plug the speakers right into the headphone jack. They may be a little pricey, but they are a good investment and last a long time.
