dosent it just work the same way
try tapping F8 while booting, enter safe mode then go to start>programs>accesories>syst... tools>system restore

good luck!
oh thats easy, go to Start>Run>type in "msconfig" (no quotes), then click on System Restore once the page opens up, any more help just ask me
it is the same as a desktop some laptops use F-10 instead of F8 Try both one will get you into safe mode where you can run system restore
start - all programs - accessories - system tools system restore chose a date before the problem started
to do system restore
click - start - all programs - accessories - system tools - system restore
this will open a window with a calender in it - click on a date that your pc was working good
follow the prompts
then it will restart your computer
once it gets back up to the desktop
a window will appear with a message that either the system restore was successful or the system restore was not successful

good luck
