How do I stop the lid on my Toshiba Satelite (Laptop) falling back?

It has gone really loose and I can't see how to tighten it?

Sadly, this is a very expensive repair.

I found a 90 degree metal bracket in a hardware store and velcroed it to the underside of the laptop and to the top of the open screen.
You can still remove it to close the cover, it is functional but ugly.
