Is this a decent laptop?
IBM Thinkpad A21m in very good condition.
Some specifications:
Intel Pentium 3 750 Mhz with SpeedStep technology
Ram 128Mb
Hard drive 10 GB
14” XGA LCD, bright with no dead pixel
Internal Floppy Drive
Internal DVD drive, watch DVD movies
Integrated Modem/Ethernet
Windows XP Home Edition, Office 2003 installed. Comes with an AC Adapter and a working battery and 2 IBM Restore CDs (copies).

its really not worth.
with such a laptop, you wont be able to use the latest software etc..
besides, the hard disk is toooooooo small!!
there's nothing interesting in this "crap"...consider saving more money and buying a new laptop...
noooooooo. 750mhz is nothing. 10 gb is absolutely nothing. you want at LEAST 1 GHZ and that's pushing it. And about...40GB at the very very least in a computer nowadays. If this computer is priced over $5-10, keep looking.
You shouldn't get this one. Either it's a great deal, or it doesn't work good. The software on it costs about $340 alone. Also theRAM is way too low to run XP. The hard Drive is very small. I've seen better deals. Also it said working battery (it didn't say that it lasts, it could last for 15 minutes.) Don't waist your money on this.
128 RAM ISNT THE BEST. and will cause many problems and your comp will run slow very FAST. the new laptops have 1GB of ram. and my comp now has 512 MB and a turtle can finish a 2 mile race before a game i play fully loads. ACER is a good basic laptop going for 299.99 NEW at bestbuy- tragte and basically everywhere.
i have to upgrade and this is the one im getting.
its ok if you dont want to play any games at all and you dont have many things you want to install anything on it
