It's fresh out of the box and acting SLOWLY. I click on Control Panel...then go to Internet Properties.and it thinks...and thinks and thinks...it won't let me "X" out of it..nothing. It does this with a lot of things...did I miss something? GRR

is it the C502US Notebook PC version because i was thinking about buying it today
sounds like you have to reinstall o/s from the disc you received with the laptop it will reinstall everything on it just as if you you first turned it on this should correct that
