No way, and its expensive too.
Avoid Celeron, try to find a laptop with a Core 2 Duo processor and at least 1GB (1024MB) ram.
Celerons are cheap processors which are slow and pretty much just for basic work, while Core2Duo processors are much more efficient and faster, especially in multitasking.
RAM is the memory in which the programs which are currently running are stored, and 512 ram is hardly enough these days.
An 80GB HDD(hard disk) is enough to store your programs and files. Unless you want a lot of storage, 80GB will do.
Ati Radeon blah blah is the graphics chip which handles what is displayed on the screen. The 200M card is enough for usual activities. Unless you want to play heavy 3D games, any card will do.
So, DON'T buy it, get a laptop with a C2D processor and 1GB ram, the rest should be okay.
its an older design with medium performance .. if the price is cheap and u want it then it will work fine i think ..

you can get a better one than that look for one that has 300 gb hard drive 2 gb ram
depends on how much it is, and i think the DDR should be 1 gb atleast, other than that, it looks good, also depends on the way u use it
Well what your uses for it? are you a student? and how much is it?
This is a lower end laptop, its efficiency depends on its price. but based upon first looks, I would say dont get it.

the most important thing to consider when buying a machine is what you are going to do with it. That will be the biggest criteria to go by when buying a new computer
The specs on this machine do point to it being a couple of years old, but if you are just using this machine for microsoft office, internet, and email, it should be more than sufficient. It will allow for cd and dvd burning as you said that the media drive is a dvd writer, wireless internet since it has the built in wireless card. You should have an average amount of space with an 80 Gb HD. Video card is a little bit slow, but that would only be really important if you wanted to play a lot of games.
To summarize, you will need to consider what you want to use the laptop for and the cost and determine if it's a good deal. Putting the cost in would have been a helpful detail so we could help you, if it were me I would pay somewhere in the $200-$300 range

You can go for the above laptop if your necessity is as stated above.
It cannot be used for GAMES or Any high Graphic Applications., Its Highly NOT Recommended for this.

yeah itll be fine for XP for vista youll need 1gb of ram at least its a intel system that uses a good graphics card but the company benQ? or is that the store lol
