Which stick of RAM should I get? Crucial or Kingston?

I have come down to 2 conclusions for which memory i shud get on my 512mb Vostro 1000 laptop. Already this laptop can play counter strike source very well even on high settings (which i still play it on). But I want it so that it can run even more smoother and crisper. I also want it to be fast when starting up and shuttng down, so I am wanting to boost my memory up to 1GB from 512 to do so. These 2 memory sticks are the same in specs., but which one is toward gaming more?? I am leaning toward the kingston but i may be wrong. plz help!!
this is the crucial site: http://www.crucial.com/store/mpartspecs.

This is the kingston: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.as...

Which one do you think will run better for mostly gaming?

( and i know these arent the REAL gaming types... but which one is more than the other... or are both the same?)

Answers:
it don't matter really.Kingston is the one i pick because its durability is better.

(p.s. i play counterstrike:source too!)
I don't really think if matters if they are the right type. I have used Kingston and not had any problems with it.
the latency is the same .. u wont notice any difference ...
My suggestion is Kingston... That is the best thing...
Check with New Egg they give user reviews. Both are top brands, I doubt there is much difference.
