Printing from an apple?

can you use a standard printer with an apple? or do you have to buy a special apple printer?

Answers:
You can use any printer you want!

Macs come preloaded with over a thousand different printer drivers.
Almost any printer with a USB port will work with an Apple. There are a very few exceptions, especially Samsung laser printers. Check on the box for a label specifying that the printer supports Mac OS X.
Use any, I have used an HP all in one but I don't recommend them. I don't think all in ones do all jobs best. I am now using an Epsonstylus photo R300 and it's brilliant.
if u plug it in while u r connected to the internet than it will download the driver it needs form apple.com. it will ask u to do and apple software update this uses the apple server to download the correct driver for the printer pluged in!
A fruitful experience

We take so many miracles for granted! Maybe we do not always see them, because we are surrounded by them!

If you think it is an ordinary event to eat an apple, please give yourself the following experience, ideally on a day when you can give it the time it deserves!

Choose an apple, put it on a plate or tray with a knife. Sit alone in a completely private place with the apple you have selected. Put it in front of you and look at it. Contemplate on the fact that the food you eat has formed your body and gives you your energy, strength and the ability to experience….

Next, consider where this apple came from? Was it grown in this country or abroad somewhere? Imagine the tree it grew on and it’s surrounding. See that tree in the winter, dreaming and hibernating with its roots spreading in the earth. Then experience the awakening of the tree in the spring. Its branches are budding and the apple blossoms slowly unfold. On a warm spring day the bees and other insects become busy and visit the flowers to drink its nectar and bring pollen from a flower on another tree as their gift in return. What was the moment like when this apple in front of you was pollinated?

Your apple grew slowly all through the summer, experiencing the warmth of the sun, the refreshing wetness of the rain and the morning dew. It hung there in the wind, under cloudy skies and if it would have had eyes and ears, it would have heard birds and seen starry nights and sunrises, whilst you lay in your bed at home still sleeping. There must have been human activity in the orchard too. People depending on these trees for their livelihood.

Then harvest time came. Who picked this fruit? Who handled it, put it in a box and transported it? What was its journey like from the tree to the shop where you bought it? Did it fly on a plane, travel in a lorry, was it stored in a cool room, sold at an auction?

Look at the apple in front of you. Pick it up now, handle it, feel its texture, admire its shape and colour, smell its flagrance. Lovingly cut it in half and observe the delicate inner structure and natural engineering of your apple. A miracle blend of water, sunlight, minerals, sugars and other chemistry. Take in its aroma once more deep into your nostrils.

Then finally, indulge yourself. Invite this fruit to become part of you, your body and your life.

Eat it slowly, appreciating its subtle flavour, moisture and texture on the surfaces of your tongue and palate. As you eat, be conscious of the fact that in the entire history of the universe, you are the only living creature who will ever know and experience the inside of this particular virgin apple. Countless people may have been involved in its breeding, growing, picking, transportation, selling and so forth, but you are the only one to have known this apple in an intimate and personal way!*

AND YOU CAN CONNECT TO ANY PRINTER
You just cut an apple in half, dip it in some paint and dab it onto paper. Voila an apple print!
