I can't turn off my sony vaio or stand by or harbinate i did all kind of scan but nothing?
Answers:
try holding the power button for 15 seconds, otherwise unplug it and take out the battery
1.First of all try to look for viruses in your system!! you must have an anti virus installed. Viruses can do anything these days ;)
2.Then if it still doesn't, try to take out the battery, or keep it on, until the battery runs out.
3.Take your Laptop to a service center or call a professional.
