Which Dell 1420 or Acer 4920G should I buy?

The Dell inspiron is the best new LT line in the market and has been getting great reviews. A durable alloy case with all the top options at a low entry price. The Dell is far superior with a DX10 compatible NV8400.
I would go for the dell for sure because I had bad experiences with compaq/hp and other brands and dell has the best customer satisfaction I am the happy owner of a Dell laptop and now it is the only brand of computer I will buy ever again. Acer isnt a big chain manufacturer like Dell so chances are if something goes wrong their customer service dept would take longer to respond and the response time would be longer.
