Well that depends how bad you need it. Right now that's a great price. Computer hardware pricing in general changes everyday. Best thing to do is if u really need it now buy it, if not then wait.

Just look at the newspaper advertisements for Frys or Best Buy and see when it goes on sale.
It is a good price, however PNY RAM is not virus protected and subject to having a virus destroy the SPD chip on the RAM. If that happens you will not be able to boot up your computer. I suggest you find a RAM that is write protected. It might cost about twenty dollars more, but well worth it.
