it has windows vista on it, i already have the net, n i was tryin to add the new laptop to it. but it keeps askin for the security key or passphrase. i have tried enterin the WEP thinkin this was it but it wont accept it. What is the security key or passphrase?

if your on virgin media,phone them,i to have vista and had to add it manualy,virgin talked me thru it,its a call to india but they phone you back,it might be the same with aol,bt ect,its because vista is new..
