I have HP pavillion dv6000 which I purchased two weeks ago. My computer crashes often. What could it be?

Answers:
you know what i have had the same thing happen to me. Mine kept crashing with blue screens or saying it could not fine a system32 file.

It might be the memory (Ram) connectors to the Motherboard or there is something wrong with the hard dive.

Just call hp tech support and they will ask you you every detail of what is wrong. They might ask you to do hp recovery so if you can make a backup of your documents.

hope you can get your hp laptop work, mine still isn't working :(
It's under warranty, call HP tech support.
