My Belkin bluetooth device attached to my laptop see my palm 700 but ask for a security code. where is t code

usually this code is 0000 but if this dosent work you should contact customer service for palm
When I connect with a bluetooth device from my laptop it asks for a code..I put in say 1234 and then it asks for the code on the device and put 1234 and it connects.. not sure if thats your problem but might help.
