My built in speakers on my laptop are not working ? [details included]?
there are bulit in speakers at the top and when i put the volume up it doesnt hear anything . and wheni try to pu tit up again the volume bar is all the way at the back .

it put it al up to I I I I I
then i cant hear anything .
so i try again but it was all the way at the begining : I 0 0 0 0
so plz help meeeee
p.s. the 0's are the empty spots

More details would be helpful such as things you have changed before this happened.
Was it working fine earlier? Did it just happen all of sudden?

Go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories-> Entertainment -> Volume control.
Volume is up? Mute is not selected?

You might have deleted the driver for your audio. ( i am 99.99% sure if it says you don't have the right mixer )
Go to Sony's website and download the audio driver for your laptop and try reinstall it.

Search for your laptop and download the sound driver.

I did some googling on your laptop model.
it seems like PCG-TR1AP is the same model as PCG-481L
