I have an HP Compaq 6715b laptop with a touch screen mouse...?

On the side of the mouse area are scroll lines that when pressed gently work as the scroll option with the simple swipe of your finger. Somehow the use of this option was deactivated, how do I restore this option ... I love it and really miss it! HELP, please!

Answers:
go to control panel
start>ctrl panel>hardware and sound.
find the mouse option ad turn it on
:)
Use the system restore option to roll it back when you had your mouse working...
Good luck
Best way is to call HP support or e-mail them. Could be just an option that unchecked ,or anything. The most apropriate people to help you is HP support team. Find them here:
