what am i running when it run slowly, if your using like safari then thats proably bad if it runs slowly
but upgrading the ram the a faster one will make the computer a lot quicker

I recently got an external hard drive because my macbook had filled up too much and was running really slow.
I now store everything on there - movies and music etc. and it fits countless amounts.
how old is ur mac book? yah add more RAM in it...
