How do you connect two laptops to broadband internet?

you can buy a router. You basically put the internet wire you put into your PC into the router, then get 2 more wires to attach to the ports on the back of the router and connect both pc's by that. Wireless is also an option but it can get confusing to set up depending on what brand you go for.
Get a wireless router and wireless network cards. Ask at your local Computer store for the best set-up at the mo - then buy off Ebay (much cheaper)
Buy a router and connect it directly to your modem with an ethernet cable. Then connect the router to both the laptops via the ethernet ports on the back of the router and use the network wizard to set up the network. Alternatively, buy a wireless router and then one of them can be mobile around the house and only one need be fixed to a wired network.
The best, most secure and most reliable way is to buy a wireless cable/DSL router as already mentioned in previous posts.
