My laptop has just blue screeed for the fit time, what can i do so it doesnt happe again?

The blue screen of death? Take it to a comp store.
'blue screen' encompasses many more than one problem and as of such the appropriate cure to your pc's problem cannot be gathered. however formatting your drive and performing a fresh install of your chosen O.S. (operating system, such as windows xp) should fix the problem.
I thought I answered this question already. You have the "Blue Screen of Death" You probably need to re-format and re-install your OS...
this site will give you a sony vaio laptop just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want/need a laptop (like me).
