I want to wipe my Dell laptop out, and just reboot the whole thing. How do I do that with the recovery disc?

I am selling it and I want them to have a new computer and I don't want any of my applications present when I sell it.

Answers:
Under the recovery process, you can choose a destructive restore and it'll erase everything and put it back to original factory settings.
