How can I upgrade my Westinhouse NB-14w2 laptops ram?

First go to this site and make sure you get the right memory

Then you need a good quality star screw diver
then turn your laptop on its belly look for screw on lids! in normal cases there will be lids for memory and hard disk they can be distinguished from the icons on the lid. (hard disk being a disk shaped icon.)

on this page 1-10 is says the cover for memory and hard disk is on the left hand bottom corner please also note that if you open the cover warranty is void.
