What is happening to my laptop?
Answers:
It's not a virus or anything. It's almost definitely a hardware problem, most probably overheating. If your fan is broken get it repaired. I would avoid using it on your lap, and allow adequate airflow.
VIRUS! (i think) go to best buy to check it out... or you can sell the laptop to me :)
go to this web site and download this program if it Will help you..www.superantispyware.com
Look i play a lot of games on my laptop but doesnt effect my laptop cause it has a good graphic card, 1 GB and a 512MB Ram, 2GHz Duo Processor, but still! i put my mom's makeup kits under the back of my lap (lol) to raise it and let have some air flowing underneth it, prevents it from over heating, the problem would prolly be overheating if your laptop is a better one, and always use safe mode, thn open windows, and then shu it down and thn turn it on again, i am also using windows Vista and it seems okay :)
P.S.
Bring it to some qualified expert for a check up of it cause the fan may be broken
yuck. Windows vista. The OS where anything can happen.
Try downloading a CPU temperature monitor to see if that is a problem. I think cnet .com shoudl have one.
If all else fails download a version of Linux. You will not go back.
Well im not sure and im only a teen but i do know more then the average adult but you may want to look for some other answers before taking my advice but here is my word anyway...
... The problem may be caused by a lack of RAM memory on your computer... RAM memory allows you to access the internet and other things to do with data transaction your promlem may be caused by games you are playing using up more RAM than compatible with your system. (You can buy extra RAM but before taking my advice please look at others answers because the chances are I may be wrong.) This also happened to me...
If it a problem that you have too many cookies (probaly not.) try doing a master reset...(Last resort)
Overheating.. Just try to keep the ventilation hole open while playing.
/*sometimes i put it on a table in such a way that one side where the ventilation is, does not have anything under, like a hole*/
If this game is take much processing power .. then it can be overheating .. but if the game is simple ... then it can be some other problem ... check for viruses ..
