Well it doesnt depend on the laptop. For playing internet games you need a good internet conection that is fast enough and Flash Player installed. Any laptop now has it installed, or you can always get a free download from:

For editing Videos, you need the software. My laptop had a Video Editing software with it when I bought it, It's a Sony Vaio. Sony's are generally extremely good, but expensive. If the laptop you end up buying doesn't come with Video Software, first look in local software shops and look how much a program would cost and what the laptop would need (technical). Then choose a laptop that matches this or is even better. Enjoy!
