I need Tech help?

I keep getting an application error message that says :Iexplore.exe application error the instructional 0x7c901010referenced memory at "0x00000001c.
It won't allow me to play any games. What should I do?

Because it might have a bugging game so go back to the store replace it or get an upgrade.
