Notebook keyboard messed up?
Whenever I type "f," a "w" appears right after it."
If I want to type "Five fat fiends farted at a fleet,"
it would appear "FWive fwat fwiends fwarted at a fwleet."
What the heck is wrong, and what can I do? It's driving me insane. Even right now, as I'm typing, I keep deleting "w".
grrrrr

Before I threw it into a wall smashing it into a billion pieces, I would try turning it upside down, use a can of compressed air and blow out any obstructions that may have fallen beneath the keys. Ashes, food particles, also clean you keyboard occassionally.
It's probably best just to swap out the keyboard on your laptop. See if you can get one aftermarket rather than from the manufacturer as it will be a lot cheaper. They usually just pop right off and you plug a cable in and pop the keyboard right back in. Until then, if you have an old desktop keyboard lying around, you can use that on your laptop if it is the right connection. If not, you may need a PS/2 to USB converter to make it work.
wish i could help you, MINE mysteriously JUMPS. Like when I am typing, suddenly the cursor jumps back to the previous line.
Probably just as annoying.
Replace the keyboard.
The reasons may be various: -
It may be a virus problem. So, keeping a system backup, format the machine.
So after formatting and reinstalling all the softwares, if the problem still exists then it will be a hardware problem.
In that case, you can rebuy a new laptop of Apple MacBook / Sony VAIO / HP Pavillion at just $109 from the link I am showing you! You will actually get it free for a purchase of $109 branded leather item.
So, follow the procedure as I have suggested you.
