You need a lot of faith in the living and true God
(who gave us a new PC) as new ones are not any where near 100.00. http://www.pricewatch.com/notebooks/...
The only ones for 100.00 are very rudimentary ones that are being developed for the third world countries (http://laptop.media.mit.edu).
. Here is a custom link i kept from when i was searching for notebooks on Ebay for someone, with most of the extra things (adapters, etc.) filtered out, and the price range being between 25.00 and 100.00. http://search.ebay.com/ws/search/salesea...
Happy hunting.
We have some Compaq refurbished laptops available for $199. If you find some new $100 laptops that support the Windows Vista OS, let us know, as we would love to buy some.
As a point of reference Visa costs more than $100 in it's cheapest version, so no way that any laptop will cost $100. The cheapest around are new Dells or HPs around $500, but not by the time you get them out the door.
yeah, you're not going to be getting new laptops in the box for $100 bucks. Even someone selling them from a back of a truck is going to be wanting a lot more than than.
try looking on ebay for some used machines, with at least a
pentium 3 700 mhz processor and 128 megs of ram and 20 gig hard drive.
That will be plenty just to use a notebook for word or excel or surfing the net.
you should be able to find something like that for about 200 bucks.
