The easiest way to "master" reboot is to hold the power button down for 5 seconds. That, for most computers, will reboot the system. Otherwise (especially with Vista), unplug the system, turn off the power switch on the power supply, and then replug the system and power it on after a 15 second delay.
pressing power button for 5 sec. does not master reboot but master power off the system.then when the computer power off u can power it on by pressing power button.
