Ok well I keep getting this message every five seconds that says something about internet exporler is not working and its restarting but when that pops up (which happens every five seconds) i cant press on anything and my whole screen goes blank and it comes back on really fast though.but anyway I was wandering how can I just make it brand new again...something really easy cause im just 14.like can I take every thing off and restart it..i remember i can do that with the disks it came with but i lost them but there in my house somewhere but anyway is there a way I can compelty restart it?

ok. find those discs. ask your dad to do a system restore. he'll know what it is. that makes ur computer as it first was
