Buy the Asus XG.
Its external though, and huge, and probably expensive.
No other way.
When it comes to laptops, there isn't much of an option for that. There are a few laptops out there that will allow change out, but that is pretty rare, and it is specifically on certain lines of cards and systems. There are also a few external units, but they are overpriced and just not worth it.
If you really want a new video card in your laptop, buy a new laptop.
One of the many reasons why I have been so picky about purchasing one myself.

video cards on laptops tend to be intergrated to the mobo so the only thing you could upgrade would be the drivers/maybe firmware.
