I have an acer laptop. Lately it's been messed up completly. It won't charge my iPod I can't watch videos off of youtube or any other site for more than 30 secs. It shuts off all the time. Alot of times when I turn it on it has 2 restart becaus the connection won't work. I can be typing nd the everything I typed just deletes. It's screwing up when I use mypace and when itss plugged in it will say no batery power sometimes. HELP!!!!!!!

either the charger or the battery has problem , replace it .
its just your laptop acer is a terrible brand for anything i suggest you get a new computer
I just found out from BestBuy that when your laptop is plugged in that you should remove your battery. Only very new laptops have a protection against batteries being overcharged which lessens their life.
Have you tried to purchase a cooling tray to go between you and the laptop? If it is overheating this could solve that problem.
