I have an HP laptop and it has a built in wireless card. Whenever I have the adapter plugged in to charge my computer, it seems to mess with the card and the wireless loses connection. Does anybody have any explinations for soulutions for this? I don't really understand what is going on.

sounds like a junk card to me ... i would get a usb adapter and be done with it ...
maybe the power settings are messed up?
