How do I remove the bios password on my HP Pavilion zv6000.?

I removed the CMOS battery for sometime and replaced it but the password has not gone. Pls help

Answers:
When you removed the CMOS battery did you also remove the laptop battery for 15 seconds. If that didn't help you have to find the jumper that resets it back to factory default.
get to the bios options, press F2 or delete to open the bios options then remove the password there
check the motherboard for directions on how to "jumper" it
that usually resets to the factory defaults
remove the motherboard battery. it is a small round watch battery. take it out for about 10 mins.
Check with HP. Manufacturers usually have their own emergency BIOS password.
Yea, keep the battery out for a long while. It can still hold charge and keep data. There may be a jumper that you can short too. Look in the manual.
