my computer is stuck in safe mode is this why there are no programs running.(i'm unable to start any programs at all). i can't get it out of safe mode.help!
Answers:
force shutdown you laptop. When it is starting, options such as
1.start windows normally
2. start in safemode
should come up. Start normally, and if the problem is that it auto goes to safemode when it is turned on. You should make sure nothing is forcing down any of the function keys.
