How do I upgrade my XPS M170 Laptop to a dualcore CPU?

My laptop is still under waranty. I would like to do this without voiding it.

Probably can't do it without voiding the warranty. There may be an exception if you use manufacturers recommended parts. Check with the warranty issuer.
