What are the problems if I leave my laptop working for two days ?

no there should be none,
make sure that you dont block the cooling vents or it will over heat and shut down.
i had my laptop running for 2weeks and nothing bad ever happend

You will not have no problem, you can work with it as many days as you want without shut it down.
only issue is heat... make sure it gets good air flow..

Leaving it on for extended periods of time is ok, but as expressed earlier, cooling is an issue. Just be sure it in a cool, well ventilated environment.
Check your hibernation settings so inactivity doesn't turn off your laptop. Also check your Automatic updates. Depending on how you have your updates set up, your computer might want to reboot itself after moving a mouse or something & connection might be reset.
assuming it never gets hot, all you have to keep in mind is that the fans and screen bulb have about a 3 year lifespan. the fans will keep going even past that, but will get louder. the screen bulb, however, costs quite a bit to replace.
