Ok ill give you to for to systems with microsoft - vista, and xp
vista - on vista go to start search--type in system restore--click the previous time you want to restore your computer
xp- Click start -- go to all programs - point on accessories, point to system tools, and then click system restore. choose the time you want to restore your laptop
