Cleaning off your computer ?!?

How do you make your computer like BRAND NEW again !?! make it very detailed please and thank you

You are a good comp user.
Do the following

1) Delete your unnecessary files.
2) Go to control Panel, Add Remove Programs , then uninstall programs you have installed (or unwanted)
3) Select Accesories > System Tools > Disk Clean Up
4) Scan your PC for Viruses (You will get it freely)
5) Clean your windows Desktop and My Documents.
6) Go to System Tools and Run Defragment

And try this too

Go to Accessories>> System Tools >> System Restore

Then select "Restore My Pc..." option
Then Select a very old date near to when you got that computer
restart.

(If you are not technically sound, Don't try other things)

You can only really do this is if you have a recovery CD from the vendor of your computer. The purpose of that CD is to restore the image on the hard drive to the original image from the factory.
If you don't have your recovery CD then you can purchase a copy of your same operating system (I assume it is Windows XP) and re-install. Be sure to take the option to reformat the hard drive. You might have to go download some drivers for your video, sound card, etc.
