Monitor doesn't Show Pal PS2 Game, throught TV box (GADMEI TV3820E)?

Hiya Razlken,
A converter would do the trick for the video conversion but not the DVD format incompatibilities and for sure will complicate your current hardware setup. If you chose a converter you still would have to jump the DVD format hurdle not to mention the additional costs and maybe having to change cables / settings for each game.
There are many different opinions available using different methods to make NTSC US PS2 & DVD recognize and smoothly play the pal games. Most are either not easy of cheap but I am including links so that you will have the information to make your own decision. Dome of these solutions involve opening the case and soldering a modification chip (modchip) to the circuit board which kills the warranty. A few use small cardboard or plastic cutouts that fit in the DVD to block the PS2 from recognizing the disc is PAL in addition to software that does a conversion. This is the method I recommend because of the price and effort.
A hard core gamer in the US say, "why bother, PAL display quality s*cks", but I will leave that one alone.
The program is called SwapMagic / Swap Keys and you want version 3 or better; more info here:

Here is a 433 US that should do the trick. If you are short of cash or uncertain, give them a call and ask about your particular situation:
