How do i clean a pc screen?

If its dusty, use a feather-duster but if its smeared. Use a barely moist rag.
Wipe from up to down or in wide circles across the screen to get an even clean screen.

LCD/TFT - special wipes are available from anywhere
CRT - any old cloth..lol

If it is a CRT monitor [TV type], it has a glass screen and you can use anything that cleans glass.
If it is an LCD or TFT type [flat panel], then only use alcohol and a special cloth [one probably came with it, same type that you are supposed to use with eyeglasses] and rub it very carefully. Too much pressure can damage the film on the screen.
