I need help with a dell monitor?
Answers:
Monitors don't have drivers. The driver goes either to your built in video on your motherboard or to your video card, depending on which you have. Find out what type of video adapter you have , then look for the driver on your computer manufacturers website.
I second the above person's comment, you need to make sure your video drivers are up to date.
Otherwise, chances are you just need to adjust your desktop resolution (especially if you upgraded from a smaller monitor).
Right click on your desktop, choose "properties" and under the tab labelled "settings" adjust your screen resolution. The higher the numbers, the better the detail, and the smaller icons and such will appear.
the drivers for your monitor have nothing to do with the size[resolution] of your screen.
you need to install the drivers for your graphics card.
before you do this, right click the desktop and choose properties
next, click on the settings tab and try to move the slider to the right 1024 X 768 is a safe number - if this is possible, just apply settings job done
if it wont let you or the slider is greyed out, you definitely need to update your graphics card
